Your shopping records stay yours.
Effective October 26, 2026. This notice describes the Aislevar 2.0 rework of ShopAssistPro, by NextEleven LLC.
Information on your device
Shopping lists, entered prices, quantities, store labels, notes, barcodes, budgets, templates and trip history are stored inside the app on your device. The app does not create a NextEleven account or send these records to a NextEleven server. It has no AI provider, advertising or third-party analytics SDK.
Optional camera
The camera is used only when you open the barcode scanner and permit access. Barcode recognition runs on the device. The app stores the decoded identifier only if you save it with an item. Camera images are not saved or sent to us. Manual entry is available without camera permission.
Apple purchases
StoreKit communicates with Apple to load products, complete purchases and verify existing entitlements. Apple handles payment and associated account data under its own policies. The app uses verified product and transaction information to determine Plus access. It does not receive your full card information. No RevenueCat or other third-party purchase backend is used.
Sharing, backup and links
CSV and full JSON backups leave the app only when you choose to share or export them. They can include your shopping records and notes; choose recipients and storage carefully. Your operating system or device-backup service may back up app data according to your settings. Opening support, policy or Apple links uses your browser/network and those sites may process ordinary connection information.
Retention and control
You can delete trip and template records in the app and control exported copies yourself. Updates preserve original legacy stores for safe migration; deleting imported journal entries does not independently erase those retained legacy database files. Deleting the app removes its local container, subject to any OS or cloud backups. Do not delete the app to troubleshoot before backing up your records.
Support messages
If you email us, your email provider and ours process your address and the information you choose to provide. We use it to respond and investigate. Do not include sensitive financial or authentication information. We do not sell shopping records or use them for advertising.

Contact hello@nexteleven.dev. We update this notice when app data handling changes. Store privacy disclosures must describe the actual submitted version; this page does not claim the older ShopAssist binary had identical behavior.
