Aislevar is the new name for ShopAssistPro. The reworked iOS app keeps the existing Apple identity.
What the numbers mean
The whole-list estimate includes items with entered prices. The checked basket includes only items marked In basket. Unpriced items are identified and excluded; a displayed known-price subtotal is not the complete checkout cost. Set your trip currency before entering prices. Changing that currency relabels your entered amounts; it does not convert them. For shopping abroad, enable the free home-currency estimate in Trip settings. Enter how many units of your home currency equal one unit of the shopping currency. The app shows approximate item prices, list and checked-basket totals, and budget in your home currency while preserving the original amounts. Your rate and its entry date stay with the trip, including backups and CSV exports. Rates are entered by you, not fetched live; bank and card fees are excluded. Confirm an older saved rate before relying on it.
Tax, discounts and pack sizes
You choose whether shelf prices already include tax. If adding tax, enter a rate and mark which items are taxable. This is a configured estimate, not a tax-rate lookup. Percentage item discounts apply before the whole-line fixed discount. Basket discounts are allocated proportionally for estimated taxable value. Compare weight with weight, volume with volume and count with count; fluid ounces are US fluid ounces.
Scanning a barcode
Camera access is optional. A scan reads a product identifier, not its current price. Confirm the shelf price manually. You can always type a barcode when the camera is unavailable or permission is declined.
Saved trips and older records
Finishing saves the checked items and carries unpurchased items into the next trip. Other unfinished plans remain available in Other trips. Pricebook dates describe the trip; a reused price may be older and is not a new shelf observation. Imported ShopAssist records retain historical notes and may require currency confirmation.
Backups and recovery
Export a full backup from You and store it somewhere you control. Import merges new records; conflicting versions of the same record are rejected rather than replacing your current data. If saved storage cannot be opened, editing pauses. Do not delete the app before contacting support: deleting it can remove local records. NextEleven has no server copy to recover for you.
Optional Plus and purchases
The core trip tools, unit comparison, basic journal, CSV sharing and backup remain free. Plus adds reusable templates, a personal pricebook and recorded-trip insights. New Plus is intended as a one-time unlock; confirm the actual price shown by Apple. Restore purchases uses the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Valid historical monthly and annual ShopAssist subscriptions are recognized. A lifetime purchase does not cancel an existing subscription; manage that subscription in Apple Settings.
