Circuit Breaker — Support
Version scope: This page covers the Android 2.0 update. Older releases keep their original feature set and may use an older local age choice. FAILSAFE and rewarded refills are available only where offered by the installed store version.
Contact
Email nextelevenstudios@gmail.com with the app version, device model, operating-system version and a description of the problem. Use fictional examples or redacted screenshots. Do not send passwords, purchase tokens or payment details.
Playing
Tap a wire to rotate clockwise; hold to rotate counter-clockwise. Connect the amber source to every rogue core. Corrupting tiles can still rotate; jammed tiles take repeated taps. Live wires resist the Spread. The first mission and Replay tutorials & tips in Settings explain the controls.
Saved progress
A successful run records progress before the result screen. If a save cannot be read or written, the title screen displays a storage warning. Free some device storage and restart rather than resetting valuable progress. The recovery backup may be one save behind.
Purchases
Use Settings → Signal store / Restore purchases while signed into the original store account. A pending purchase requires store confirmation. If purchase status cannot be verified, forced ads remain off. The original puzzles and tools and the first three FAILSAFE levels remain free. Refunds are handled by the store where the purchase was made.
Complimentary access
In Signal Store, choose Have an access code? and enter the code provided privately. This makes no purchase. The grant stays separate from game progress; after reinstalling, enter the code again. Store Restore checks store receipts and does not transfer a complimentary grant. Never post your code publicly.
Ad privacy
Settings → Ad privacy choices revisits Google’s consent options where available. On iOS, tracking permission can be changed in device Settings. Required privacy choices may restrict ad availability. Remove Ads and FAILSAFE remove forced ads. There is no general skip-advertising option in the game.
Daily Breach
Players get the same board for a given calendar date. Daily Breach changes at local midnight, so players in different time zones may reach the next date at different times. No online leaderboard or server-synchronized clock is included.
Accessibility
Settings include a colour-blind palette, reduced motion, sound and music controls, and haptics. Tiles expose row/column and connection labels plus clockwise/counter-clockwise accessibility actions. Updated October 20, 2026.
