Mihrab support

Email nextelevenstudios@gmail.com. Include your device model, operating-system version, Mihrab version/build and the steps that caused the problem. Screenshots are optional; remove private information first. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, private worship records or a complete backup unless a specific, necessary support step has been agreed.

Prayer times, Qibla and alerts

Start with the selected city, time zone, calculation method, Asr choice and manual adjustments. Local authorities may use different methods. For Qibla, move away from metal or magnets and follow the on-screen calibration guidance.

For missing alerts, check notification permission, exact-alarm access and the device’s battery restrictions. In Mihrab settings, use Allow notifications to refresh the schedule. A scheduled-alert count confirms scheduling, not delivery. Include the intended and actual alert time in a report.

Reading, audio and nearby mosques

If an online resource fails, check connectivity and use Retry when offered. Bundled reading content does not require a network connection. For a content issue, report the chapter/verse, selected translation or reciter and app version. Do not rewrite religious text in your report if a reference is sufficient.

Nearby Mosques has one Search in Google Maps action. It searches around your selected city. To change the search area, change the city in Mihrab or refine the query inside Maps. Maps is a separate service with its own permissions.

Backups and local data

Use Settings → Export backup to save a copy before changing devices or removing data. Store it privately. Use Restore from backup on the destination installation and review what will be replaced. Mihrab does not automatically synchronize records.

On Android, Settings → Apps → Mihrab → Storage → Clear storage removes local app information. Uninstalling also removes app data. Menu names vary by device. Delete exported backups separately. For purchase-record or support-message deletion, email us; store transaction retention can impose limits.

Accessibility and corrections

Mihrab supports larger text, light/dark appearance and right-to-left interfaces. Tell us which screen, language and text-size setting needs attention. UI and religious-content corrections are welcome. We do not promise a response deadline or guarantee that every device or provider behaves identically.

Every current feature is free. No purchase, trial, subscription or reviewer access code is needed. If an earlier QA build shows a Mihrab Plus screen, install the current release candidate and contact support with the build number.
