Your notebook belongs with you.
This policy covers the redesigned Routelle iOS 2.0 and Android app. It does not describe the older Habits app’s AI or integration features. Routelle has no app account, advertising SDK or AI service.
Habits, routines and journal
Habit names, schedules, check-ins, mood, journal entries, reflections, learning progress and experiments are stored in the app’s private storage on your device. The app does not upload that notebook to NextEleven, an AI provider or RevenueCat. We do not run a Routelle cloud-sync service.
Backups and exports you choose
When you export JSON, CSV or PDF, you choose where to save or share it. Exported files are not password encrypted and may contain private entries. Any cloud drive, email or recipient you choose handles the file under its own policies. A local recovery copy is kept before a successful import. Apple operating-system backups may include app data depending on your settings. Android automatic cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are excluded by this app’s configuration; use manual export before changing devices.
Purchases on iPhone and iPad
Apple handles payment and subscription management through StoreKit. Routelle checks Apple-verified transaction and subscription status to unlock Plus. Payment card details are not provided to NextEleven. This iOS app does not include RevenueCat or a third-party analytics SDK.
Purchases on Android
Google Play handles checkout. The production Android app uses RevenueCat to verify and restore optional Plus access. That service processes an app-generated anonymous customer identifier, purchase and subscription history, product identifiers, transaction information and technical app/device/network information needed to operate its service. These records support app functionality and subscription management; the notebook is not sent with them. RevenueCat and Google receive network requests, which can include an IP address. NextEleven does not receive your card number. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Reminders and read-aloud
Reminder content is scheduled through your device’s notification system and can appear on the lock screen according to your settings. You can disable notifications in system settings. Read-aloud uses your device’s speech engine; the app does not request microphone access. Android uses an installed offline English voice. On Apple devices, speech availability and processing are controlled by the operating system and selected voice.
No tracking or advertising
Routelle does not use an advertising identifier, display ads, request precise location, or track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites. It does not contain a funded AI coach or send journal text to an AI model.
Support messages
If you email us, your email provider and ours process your message and contact information so we can respond. Send only information needed for support. Do not send passwords, payment details, purchase tokens or an unredacted notebook. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve requests and maintain business records.
Deleting data and cancelling billing
You control notebook records in the app. Removing the app normally removes its local storage; exported files and operating-system backups must be removed separately where you stored them. Deleting records or the app does not cancel a subscription or erase store purchase records. Apple, Google and RevenueCat may retain transaction records for billing, fraud prevention and legal obligations under their own policies. Contact us for questions about support correspondence or Android subscription identifiers; do not assume that removing the app deletes provider records.
Children and sensitive entries
Routelle is a general personal-organization app, not a children’s social service or medical service. There is no public profile, messaging or advertising. Avoid recording information you would not want visible to someone who can unlock your device.
