A tool for everyday support

Steady offers task planning, personal check-ins, focus timers, breathing, and grounding exercises. It is a general self-help and wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It does not provide medical advice, therapy, emergency response, or monitoring. No particular health outcome is promised.

A qualified health professional can advise you about anxiety or other health concerns. Do not delay professional care because of something in Steady. Choose only exercises that feel comfortable, and stop if an exercise causes discomfort.

If you need urgent help

Steady and its support inbox are not monitored for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the U.S. and Canada, call or text 988 for crisis support. Elsewhere, find local support at findahelpline.com.

Using the app

You may use Steady for lawful personal use, subject to these terms and the terms of the store or platform through which you obtained it. Do not use the app to violate someone else's rights or applicable law.

NextEleven LLC and its licensors retain rights in the app's software, artwork, and other supplied content. Your own tasks, check-ins, and other entries remain yours. These terms do not grant us ownership of your entries.

Your data and backups

Your entries are stored locally. You are responsible for protecting your device and any exported backups. Uninstalling the app, clearing storage, losing your device, or resetting local data may remove your entries. We cannot recover data that was stored only on your device. The Privacy policy explains storage, exports, and support correspondence.

Steady Plus subscriptions

The app is free to download. Breathing, grounding, urgent-support information, and access to and export of existing entries remain available without a subscription. Steady Plus unlocks task planning, focus timers and check-ins. The U.S. monthly price is US$3.99; the store displays the applicable local price and taxes before purchase.

Eligible store accounts can choose a 7-day free trial. A trial begins only after you confirm the subscription through your store. At the end of the trial, the subscription automatically renews at the displayed monthly price unless you cancel before renewal. Store eligibility rules apply, so a free trial is not available to every account. Installing Steady by itself does not authorize a charge.

Manage or cancel your subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Resetting local data or uninstalling Steady does not cancel a store subscription. Access normally continues until the store-confirmed paid or trial period ends. Use Restore purchases with the same store account to recover an existing entitlement. Apple and Google Play purchases are separate; Steady does not transfer subscription access between those stores. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by the store under its policies and applicable law.

Losing subscription access does not delete your local entries. You can still read and export them. Subscription access depends on store validation; if a purchase is pending or cannot be verified, paid features may remain unavailable until validation succeeds. Free support and exercises remain accessible.

Availability and changes

We may fix, update, or change the app as it develops. We cannot guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We will update these terms when needed and identify the revised date. Material changes will be explained with the relevant update. Your rights under applicable law remain in place.

External services

App stores, email services, backup destinations, and linked websites are operated by others. Their terms apply when you use them. We do not control those services or guarantee their availability or content.

Your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Steady is provided as available without a promise that it will meet every need or achieve a specific result. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. These terms do not limit rights available to you under mandatory local law.

For the iOS app, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where applicable. These terms supplement the applicable platform terms and do not replace mandatory store terms.
