Tattoo Artist Helper

Your studio records stay with you.

Privacy policy · Revised October 18, 2026

This policy describes the redesigned iOS 2.0 and Android 1.0 apps. Availability depends on store review and region; this page does not announce release. Earlier versions may have different practices.

Studio data processed on your device

The app stores client and artist details, notes, appointments, consultations, recorded payments, projects, references, sitting notes, imported images, ink recipes and stock records in its private local app storage. You decide what to enter. These studio records are not uploaded to a NextEleven server. No app account, advertising SDK, AI service or developer-operated analytics/crash-reporting service is included. Android uses Google Play Billing and its technical diagnostics, described below.

Images and exported files

When you select an image through the system picker or Files, the app saves a copy with the project. Current studio archives include imported project images. Older external reference links and file paths can be retained as record text without fetching their contents. Recipe PDFs and backups are created only when you request them. You choose where to save or share them through the system interface; a destination you choose may have its own privacy practices.

Backups are not encrypted by the app. Save them in a private location and protect your device and system backups. Operating-system and cloud/device backup settings may retain copies separately from the app.

Sample studio

The optional sample contains fictional records and illustrative artwork in a separate in-memory workspace. It does not insert sample rows into your saved studio. Leaving the sample or fully quitting and relaunching the app discards that sample workspace. A recipe PDF you choose to export can remain in the destination you selected.

App Store purchases

Optional Studio Plus uses Apple's StoreKit. Apple processes checkout and payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. The app reads verified purchase and app-ownership information to determine access, handle Restore, and respond to revocations. Purchase verification does not upload your client records, photographs or notes to NextEleven. We do not receive your card details. An earlier paid customer's access and existing project records are handled separately from a new Plus purchase.

Google Play purchases and technical diagnostics

On Android, optional Studio Plus uses Google Play Billing. Google handles payment details; the app does not receive card numbers or your Google password. The app sends purchase tokens to Google for purchase checks and acknowledgement and stores verified purchase access locally, outside studio exports and Android automatic backups. Apple and Google purchases do not transfer between platforms.

The Google billing SDK can send billing-operation results, errors, timing and session/request identifiers to Google, together with app version, device/OS model and build information, language, country/region and network information. This technical processing can occur when billing initializes or refreshes, including for free users. Google also receives ordinary connection metadata such as IP address, which can indicate an approximate region. No GPS location permission, advertising identifier, studio client details, images, ink recipes or notes are requested or supplied by our billing integration. We disclose billing interactions, diagnostics, identifiers, approximate region and purchase history for the operation, reliability and security of billing; this is separate from studio records. Transmission uses encrypted connections. Google's own retention and account controls apply: Google Privacy Policy and Google data and privacy controls.

Complimentary access

A valid complimentary code can enable Studio Plus on one device without a purchase. Only a verifier is included in the app; the entered code is not sent to NextEleven. The local grant is separate from purchases and excluded from studio backups and Android automatic backups. Remove it in Studio Plus. A reusable offline code can be shared and cannot be remotely revoked.

Retention and deletion

Local records remain until you change or remove them using the available app controls or remove the app's local data. Some archive actions hide records while keeping history; they do not erase the underlying data. Uninstalling may remove local app records, so keep a backup if you want to restore them. Delete separately saved backups and exported files from their chosen destinations when no longer needed. Apple and Google manage their purchase history, refunds and associated account records separately. Android automatic cloud/device-transfer backup is disabled; create your own studio archive before moving or removing the app. NextEleven cannot delete Google or Apple account records on your behalf.

Support and this website

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send so we can respond. Avoid sending private client records, body photographs, passwords or payment details; redact screenshots. Contact nextelevenstudios@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests concerning support correspondence. Our website hosting provider processes ordinary request metadata when you visit this page; that activity is separate from the local app's studio storage.

Changes

We update this policy when the app's data practices change and show the revision date above.
