Scope: Avenrest for iPhone and iPad, version 3.0. These practices apply when you install the redesigned update. They do not retroactively describe the older If Then Reset 2.3 iOS or 1.2 Mac app, or data already handled through an earlier optional provider integration. Read about earlier versions and retained records.

NextEleven LLC provides Avenrest. The app stores personal plans, reflections and journal content locally. The redesigned app has no app account, AI provider connection, advertising SDK or third-party analytics SDK. Apple purchase services, system backups, external links and information you choose to share have their own handling, described below.

Personal content kept on your device

Your personal reset plans can include a situation, steps, a title, creation date and a pinned preference. Reflections can contain your chosen feeling, optional before/after intensity ratings, selected approach, notes and date. Journal entries, preferences, safety-plan details, saved contacts and retained earlier records are held in the app’s local storage or its existing private app-group container, as applicable.

Avenrest does not send that personal content to NextEleven or an AI provider during ordinary use. Local summaries count or group your own records on the device; they are not remote analytics or clinical interpretations. The app does not operate a NextEleven cloud notebook or cloud-sync account.

Backups, imports and shares you choose

You choose the destination when you export a backup, share a plan or send a note. Exported files are not password-protected or encrypted by Avenrest and may contain sensitive content. Email, a cloud drive, another app or a recipient you choose can receive and retain what you share under its own policies. NextEleven does not automatically receive exported files.

The plans-and-reflections backup and earlier-data recovery export are separate formats. The app previews supported new-record imports and adds records without replacing existing matching identifiers. It does not promise that every old database, voice transcript or operating-system backup is importable through the new-record import screen.

Apple purchases

Apple handles checkout, payment, renewal and subscription administration through your Apple Account. The app uses StoreKit directly to retrieve localized offers and check Apple-verified transactions and subscription status. Relevant records include product identifiers, verified transaction information, expiry, revocation and available renewal/grace-period status. An active valid earlier If Then Reset subscription can unlock Avenrest Plus.

There is no RevenueCat or third-party purchase-verification backend in this iOS version. NextEleven does not receive your card number from the app. Apple processes store, account and purchase information under Apple’s privacy policy and provides developer commerce reports and support capabilities. Purchase records are separate from your personal plans and notes. Removing local app records does not erase Apple transaction history.

Optional notifications and device services

Check-in reminders use your device’s notification system with generic wording. You choose whether to enable them, and can change permissions or presentation in system settings. The app does not send your private plan or journal text as a check-in notification. Earlier saved reminders and their original controls can remain on the device.

This version does not request new microphone, speech-recognition, Apple Health, contact-book or precise-location access. Existing historical transcripts remain readable; the app does not upload them for new AI processing. System features and information retained from older versions have their own lifecycles. Apple may separately process diagnostics or backups according to your device settings and its policies.

No advertising, tracking or runtime AI

Avenrest does not contain advertising or a third-party analytics SDK, request an advertising identifier, or send your entries to a live AI service. NextEleven uses AI-assisted tools in developing its software; that development process is different from the app running on your device. No API key is needed to use Avenrest 3.0.

Earlier If Then Reset versions and records

Avenrest preserves earlier on-device records rather than deleting them during the redesign. Earlier app releases offered optional AI/provider configuration, voice or Apple Health features. The practices on this page are specific to version 3.0; they do not assert that those older features never transmitted data or that information already sent to an external provider has been withdrawn or erased.

Older journals and transcripts may contain historical generated text; it remains historical content, not a new interpretation by this app. Existing Apple Health records remain under Apple Health’s controls. The separate Mac 1.2 release is not covered as though it were this iOS update. Data controls and retention

Plans can be deleted from My plans; retained earlier tools have their own record controls. Keep a private export before removing the app or changing devices. App-private storage, shared containers and operating-system backups can have separate lifecycles. Uninstalling does not necessarily remove exported files, shared-container records, Apple Health information, external-provider records or purchase history. Remove copies you control at their chosen destinations, and use the applicable provider’s controls for its records.

There is no Avenrest app account to delete. We cannot remotely retrieve or erase personal content that remains only on your device. Support correspondence and Apple commerce records are separate from local notes. A cancellation ends renewal through Apple; it does not delete your notes. Ending Plus does not remove access to existing records or their export.

Support messages and privacy requests

If you contact us, NextEleven and our email providers process your email address, the message and any attachments you choose to send so we can respond. Send only what is needed: a redacted screenshot is preferable to an unredacted backup. Do not send passwords, API keys, card details or private purchase tokens. We retain correspondence as needed to resolve requests and keep appropriate business records.

External resources and these web pages

Opening a support link, dialing a selected number, sending email or sharing a file interacts with the chosen destination. That service can process information under its own rules. Region-labelled support links do not mean Avenrest tracks your location or monitors an emergency.

Viewing these pages creates ordinary web requests; our hosting provider may process access and security logs. The website does not gain access to the app’s notes. These information pages contain no account form, checkout, file-upload feature or advertising integration.
