This page explains the Avenrest iOS 3.0 purchase model and links to the app’s licence. It is not a replacement licence agreement. The existing Apple standard EULA governs the app licence. Apple’s confirmation screen shows the final price, offer and billing terms for your account and region.
What stays free
Immediate reset tools, all eight starting points, three personal plans, optional reflections and history, a manual journal, retained earlier records, support and safety-plan resources, one explicitly chosen daily check-in, a starter soundscape, and user-controlled share/export/import remain available without a subscription.
What optional Plus adds
Plus provides additional personal plans, up to three explicitly chosen daily check-ins, personal usage summaries and the retained ambient soundscape library. Your recorded observations are not a clinical assessment, and summaries do not demonstrate treatment effectiveness. The app shows which functions require Plus before you subscribe.
The app offers monthly and yearly auto-renewing plans through Apple. This page does not advertise a proposed price as live or promise future clinical content. Check the actual localized StoreKit offer in the app and Apple’s confirmation screen. If an introductory offer is available, eligibility and the transition to the regular renewal price are shown with that offer.
Earlier purchases are respected
An active, verified If Then Reset monthly or yearly subscription unlocks Avenrest Plus. You do not need a second subscription for the renamed update. The app keeps the existing product identifiers for this purpose. Different Apple Accounts, expired access, a refund or revocation can affect eligibility; use Restore purchases before attempting another purchase if you are unsure.
Renewal, management and cancellation
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase, subject to the displayed offer. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel through Apple’s subscription settings. The current period and any offer shown by Apple control billing. Deleting the app or a journal entry does not cancel a subscription.
For a refund request, use Apple’s Report a Problem service. Apple determines eligibility under its policies and applicable law. NextEleven does not ask you to send your Apple password or payment card information.
After Plus expires
Existing plans remain readable, usable and editable, even if your collection exceeds the free creation limit. Your saved notes, reflections, immediate resets, support resources and backup access remain available. Creating further plans or using other Plus-only tools can require active access. Expiry, cancellation and purchase restoration do not delete your personal collection.
Restore restores access, not missing notes
Use You → Restore purchases with the Apple Account used for purchase. Apple services are needed to refresh eligible access. Restore does not download a journal, transfer a device backup or restore a manually deleted file. Use the app’s separate backup/export tools and your own secure copies for personal records.
Scope of the app
Avenrest is a general wellbeing self-help tool, not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment or substitute for professional care. No improvement or particular outcome is promised. You may stop or skip any exercise. The app cannot monitor your safety, contact help for you or provide an emergency response; contact local emergency services if you are in immediate danger.
