Using the native Apple app? Read iOS support and policies.

Email nextelevenstudios@gmail.com with your app version, Android version, device model and a description of the issue. Include only fictional examples or redacted screenshots. Do not send passwords, access codes, purchase tokens or private notes.

If Plus is missing, use Settings → Note to Self Plus → Restore purchases while signed into the original Google Play account. Retry the subscription check when online. Pending or unverified purchases do not unlock paid features. Free notes and exports remain available.

To cancel, use Manage or cancel subscription or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Uninstalling does not cancel. Google Play controls refunds and billing.

Speech unavailable? Keep using typing. Microphone permission and on-device recognition or a supported Google speech service are needed for dictation. Review transcribed text before saving.

Export text or PDF from a note's menu, or export your library from Settings. Exports are free. Sharing requires you to choose the destination; no message is sent automatically.
