Email nextelevenstudios@gmail.com with your app version/build, iOS version, device model and a short description. Use fictional examples or redacted screenshots. Never send passwords, access codes, purchase tokens, private notes or recordings.

Find a saved note

Save opens the new note immediately. Return to Notes to see active notes, with pinned notes first and other notes ordered by latest edit. Search text, categories or tags. The More options menu includes archive and organization filters; choose all categories/tags to clear a filter. Reopen Quick start from Settings.

Plus and earlier paid purchases

Open Settings → Note to Self Plus. Choose Restore purchases using the original Apple Account, or retry the subscription check online. Eligible earlier paid Apple purchasers retain Plus after verification; do not start a new subscription to recover that access. Typed notes, existing content and exports remain free. Pending/unverified purchases do not unlock Plus.

Cancel a subscription

Use Manage or cancel subscription on the Plus screen, or iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Uninstalling does not cancel. Apple controls billing and refunds. A cancelled subscription normally retains access through the paid period.

Recording and speech

Confirm lawful recording permission each session. Allow microphone access when requested; Speech is requested for on-device transcription. Availability depends on your device and language. The iOS app does not upload audio for transcription. If it cannot transcribe, keep the original audio, review it and type/edit text. Recording stops when you leave the foreground. Denied permission does not block typing.

Export and protect your data

Use a note’s More actions menu for text/PDF/JSON export, or Settings → Your Data & Choices to export the library. Exports are free; you choose the destination. Keep your own backups. Removing the app or erasing local data can remove notes; backups and exported copies are separate. These actions do not cancel subscriptions.
